    Warren, Your message today was exactly what I needed to hear to understand how to best deal with an upcomming sales opportunity. I have a client that doesnt think he needs one of the energy saving solutions that I have recommended to him and I was just about to drop the product from my proposal – instead, I have added it back to the proposal and have a renewed attitude about why this client should buy from me. – Thanks for the insight!
