You're welcome Ivan and that's a very good question. Unfortunately, schools, especially public schools seem to be more "The Problem," than the solution. I think it's up to parents to get this message to their kids and lobby schools on its importance. Unless a parent acts as an advocate for his or her child, the school systems will run roughshod over everyone. Stay vigilant
