   Dear Mr. Greshes,

   First Thank You for your free Monday morning pep talk, I send this to all of the offices that I work with and they too thank you.
   I have an idea to start a business, however I am the major bread winner in our family. I do enjoy my work 85% of the time and I truly believe that it is better than most. We do not have a large nest egg and are like most people making it day to day. I hope this gives you a small look at my life, anyway here's the idea.
   I live in south Alabama. There are a large group of people who enjoy riding ATV's however there is no place to ride them legally. My idea is to setup a large area of goverment land (there are huge areas here that are not in use) and develope a wildlife refuge so people could ride and interact with nature. I believe this would attract families from across the country. My question is how do I make this happen on a penny. I have contacted my congressman.
