Tuesday Quick Tip: Keep Top Producers Challenged
Welcome to “The Tuesday Quick Tip.” Every Tuesday, I’ll be publishing, on this blog, a short, 1 to 2 paragraph tip to help you achieve success in your life, business or career. You can also receive “The Tuesday Quick Tip,” by email every week when you sign up for a free subscription to my email list.
TIP
As a sales executive or business owner, the worst thing that can happen to you is your top producers get bored; because that is when their production can slip. Keep them interested, but more importantly, keep them challenged. Top producers love challenges. Here’s a couple of quick ideas: 1) Have them speak at your next sales meeting and talk about what they do and how they do it. 2) Have them mentor a less experienced salesperson who might have the potential to be a top producer.
If you’re interested in more good ideas like these while learning how to create self-motivated high achievers, attend my 90 minute webinar for managers, executives and business owners: “Leadership Skills: Creating Self-Motivated Staff,” on Thursday July 21st at 12 noon Eastern Time.
