    This tip is very insightful. I never looked at this problem this way. I will start taking your advice. I used to work in sales and now I work in sales ops. This means I now support sales and management.

    I just realized that people without a sales background are not as resourceful as salespeople. I feel a little frustrated supporting people who are not resourceful. I’ll start spreading your advice.

      I appreciate your feedback. And you’re right, most people without a sales background are not as resourceful as salespeople, mostly because they don’t have to be. Their pay is not tied to quantifiable production as much as salespeople. Incentives work!
