Hi Warren,

I like Your video series. Excellent way of communicating to people directly.

I sign up myself (again) to Your email list only to have the possibility to get the workbook. But there is some technical problems with the download, just like it’s protected (codificated). The only thing can be read is Your name on the first page, and on the following pages year and web site (which is written wrong).

I appreciate your feedback. And you’re right, most people without a sales background are not as resourceful as salespeople, mostly because they don’t have to be. Their pay is not tied to quantifiable production as much as salespeople. Incentives work!

This tip is very insightful. I never looked at this problem this way. I will start taking your advice. I used to work in sales and now I work in sales ops. This means I now support sales and management.

I just realized that people without a sales background are not as resourceful as salespeople. I feel a little frustrated supporting people who are not resourceful. I’ll start spreading your advice.
